This was not a major destination, but rather a port of convenience to position the ship for an easy overnight passage to Bangkok's port where we would disembark. I chose to remain aboard the ship and get organized for disembarking tomorrow. Pam elected to go ashore. Other than port pictures at the beginning and ending of this posting, all the pictures were taken by Pam.
As always, the tour buses were ready and waiting.
The first stop was a elementary school in a local village.
There was an opportunity to walk around the village, getting glimpses of the way of life. The last two hours of the tour were at a resort where Pam and he friends enjoyed a massage (thank you Bruce for arranging it!)...
...and a swim.
Once all the tours returned to the ship, VOYAGER sailed for Leam Chabang, Thailand - the harbor that serves Bangkok.
